Field Fee
You’re playing ball at The Long Time!
The Field Fee is calculated per team/per game.
Saturdays = $250
Sundays = $175
Clubhouse Team, All Games = $175
Purchasing a Field Fee typically means you’ve already received confirmation from hey@thelongtime.com on a date/time for your game. All games are either “Early” (11AM first pitch) or “Late” (3PM first pitch), with access to the field from 10AM to 2PM for two Early game teams, and 2PM to 6PM for two Late game teams.
Fee is due immediately upon receiving invitation to play. Rate is inclusive of a readied playing field and four clean, stocked restrooms. Any and all other needs should be met by playing teams which might include, an umpire, drinking water, food, baseballs and related equipment, etc.
A Liability Waiver signed by each player must be submitted at least one week before game date (linked below).
Alcohol is a date by date basis, at times the Austin field is BYOB and other times the bar will be open. If the bar is open, no outside alcohol is allowed. The Lockhart field is almost always bar open, no outside alcohol. Inquire about your particular date to confirm the rules.
